Apartment located in Pintor Rosales area, a few minutes away from the Moncloa Metro station and the bus terminal which connects with universities in the outlying areas. 2 minutes away from Parque del Oeste (“The West Park”) where you can enjoy nature and do sports activities. There are all sorts of services (pharmacy, gyms, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.) near the apartment. The apartment has been completely refurbished and has 2 complete bathrooms, a kitchen and living room.

Tenants between 18-33 years old only
- Bills: € 50 per month, additional to rent. If the final value is higher tenants will have to pay for it
- Deposit is equal to a monthly rent plus monthly bills value and should be paid before check in with the admin fee y the 1st month bills.
- Check-in: Monday to Sunday. Saturday- Sunday from 10 to 20, Late Check-In 20-24 (€ 50)
- Check-out: Monday to Sunday.
- Smoking is not allowed
- Parties are not allowed
- You need a letter of acceptance from the university or employment contract + ID or Passport.
- Weekly cleaning once a week
- 24/7 technical support. Night shifts: € 50 per emergency.

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
