Apartment located in the Arapiles district, just 3 minutes from the Islas Filipinas Metro Station and 10 minutes from the Canal Metro stations. It has excellent services and aminities near by (supermarkets, pharmacies, gyms, restaurants etc.), and the Canal Park which is perfect for sports activities. It is close to the Argüelles shopping area. The apartment is a 15 minute walk from the Fundación Jimenez Díaz Hospital, 5 minutes from San Pablo CEU University, and 15 minutes from Ciudad Universitaria (UCM). The building has a lift and a doorman. The apartment has 2 full bathrooms, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges.

- Bills: € 60€ per month, additional to rent. If the final value is higher tenants will have to pay for it. If you rent a 4-bedroom apartment, bills are 240€.
- Deposit is equal to a monthly rent plus monthly bills value and should be paid before check in with the admin fee and the 1st month bills.
- Admin fee: 1 month
- Check-in: Monday to Sunday. Saturday- Sunday from 10 to 20, Late Check-In 20-24 (€ 50)

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
