This is a 6th floor, 4-bedroom apartment on Calle del Dr. Esquerdo in Madrid. The kitchen is big. There’s a washer, dishwasher and AC. The entryway has a piano. The building has a doorman.

It’s ideal for students. Walk to class in 30 minutes. Spend time in nearby parks. Restaurants and shops are close. The location is terrific and so is your live-in landlady.
