La vivienda está en una zona muy céntrica, cerca de todos los museos parque del retiro y con todos los servicios de bus y metro en la puerta. El edificio es muy limpio, dispone de portería. Yo ocupo la casa y alquilo una habitación ya que viaje constantemente estando ausente la mayor parte del año.

This is an affordable 2nd floor, 2-bedroom apartment on Paseo De Las Delicias, Madrid. It boasts an equipped kitchen, a dining table and chairs, and a suprisingly spacious living room.

This property is ideal for a solo female postgraduate student. You’ll be in convenient Atocha, with plenty of shops and easy access to public transport. The city-centre is close by too. Ideal.
