¡Hola! Buscamos inquilino para intercambiar culturas y practicar idiomas, estudiantes o profesionales que trabajen. El piso tiene calefacción central y portero. Se sitúa cerca de la Calle Castellana y Nuevos Ministerios. Cualquier cosa no duden en llamar. Saludos! Se puede alquilar para estancias cortas en el verano, pero a partir de Septiembre pedimos estancias mínimas de 6 meses. Esta completamente reformado.

We think this apartment is great for students. Catch the Metro out to the Technical University of Madrid in a flash, and check out the huge range of restaurants and bars nearby.

This is a sunny 4th floor, 4-bedroom apartment on Calle de Alonso Cano, Madrid. Enjoy studying with your flatmates in the living room, soaking up the sun, and inviting guests around for drinks.

We think this apartment is ideal for all those foodies out there. Head out to campus in a flash, and spend your weekends partying away at your favourite bar. There's always something happening around here.
