This is a beautiful 3rd floor, 3-bedroom apartment on Calle de Alonso Núñez, Madrid. It offers a lovely open-plan living area, stylish furnishings, and a terrace for your evening wine.

This apartment is perfect for a young professional or post grad. You'll be close to the Metro, but in a laid back residential neighborhood with a hometown vibe.

What we liked the most

  • Preparing Spanish paella in the amazing kitchen – everything is here minus the chef.
  • Relaxing with a glass of wine on the terrace – the street view is top notch.
  • Eating at La Castañal Marisqueria – this fantastic 5 star restaurant is one of the many reasons locals love this area.

Things to keep in mind

  • Bedroom 1 has slanted ceilings – watch your head!
  • There is a 3rd bedroom in the apartment which can be used as storage or to dry your laundry.
