On the 9th floor of a building in Moratalaz, you have views of the greenery and tall apartment buildings. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a laundry room, a large living room/dining room, and a private bathroom for you and your roommate to share.
Moratalaz is a great neighborhood if you are looking to live in a big city but want a more peaceful and residential atmosphere. This area is full of parks that are always filled with people and has all the basics: bars, restaurants, and local shops. You have an Alcampo (large grocery chain) right across the street, as well as a café and pharmacy.
What we liked the most

- There is a small commercial center right across the street.
