What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
Spacious and bright apartment with three exterior facades. There are two full bathrooms with bathtub or shower and natural ventilation window, you can agree to share or split with the other tenants. The kitchen is gorgeous.
Floors have been entirely renovated with floating wood floors, walls and ceilings are freshly painted, since this summer.
The apartment is surrounded by green areas, and there are sport facilities near by. It is close to Cuidad Universitaria, and well connected with Principe Pio, Mocloa and the city center.

This 4-bedroom apartment on Calle Aniceto Marinas, in Príncipe Pío is fully furnished. The property has a fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook, a bright living room with a sofa and a TV set, and there are 2 tidy tiled bathrooms.
The apartment is located in Príncipe Pío, a tranquil residential neighbourhood within easy reach of the city centre. There are plenty of parks, shops, and restaurants to explore in the area, and public transport can get you anywhere in Madrid in no time.
What we liked the most
- The Parque del Oeste is right across the street from the apartment.
