What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

Vivir en mi casa es una gran experiencia. La zona es muy tranquila, alejada del ruido de la gran ciudad pero a la vez muy bien comunicada para que puedas disfrutarla. La zona es verde, con parques y avenidas. Hay comercios de barrio, sólo echarás de menos lo comercial, pero para ello tienes un gran centro comercial cercano para poder hacer compras. Como propietaria siempre ofrezco lo mejor a mis huéspedes, se convierten en parte de mi día a día. No te arrepentirás de haberme elegido!!!! Te espero.

The shared living room has plenty of space to relax with a sofa and table and chairs. The kitchen comes equipped with modern appliances including an oven and a microwave, and you'll find the washing machine tucked just around the corner.

If you're looking for somewhere to get out and enjoy the summer sun you can take a quick 10-minute walk to the nearby Parque El Capricho where you'll also find the Templete de Baco and Salon De Baile. If it's too hot to spend the day outside you can always catch a bus to the Plenilunio shopping mall and indulge your inner shopaholic instead.

  • You'll find everything you need to cook up a storm in the kitchen.

  • There is public transport nearby if you need to get around Madrid.
  • This 1st floor apartment has an elevator leading up to it so you won't need to carry your things up the stairs.
