There are rooms for rent in this tidy 80 m² 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with a live-in landlady on Calle de las Palmas in Móstoles. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances including a full-sized refrigerator and a microwave, as well as a 4-burner stove and rangehood. The shared bathroom is similarly well-equipped with a shower over a bath, toilet, bidet and sink.
The large Finca Liana Móstoles Park is just over a 20-minute walk away, while the smaller Cuartel Huerta Park is only a 5-minute walk away, so you have plenty of space to enjoy the good weather. On a rainy day, the Centro de Arte Dos de mayo is worth exploring.
