There are rooms available to rent in this 5-bedroom shared apartment on Calle del Mesón de Paredes in Lavapiés. The apartment is a spacious 100 m², and is bright and welcoming. There is a large and cosy living room with several sofas and a dining table, and a well-equipped kitchen. There are also 2 full bathrooms in the apartment, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
This is a great location to live in Madrid, in the heart of a vibrant and fun area, where there's always something happening. The tapas bars and busy Mercado de la Cebada of La Latina are a short walk away, as are the trendy bars and great Indian restaurants of Lavapiés. And you can walk to the centre of the city at Puerta del Sol in less than 10 minutes.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is painted in bright, welcoming colours.
- We love the large living area. The perfect place to get to know your new housemates over some homemade tapas!
- With 2 full bathrooms, there won't be a queue for the shower in the morning.
- All of central Madrid is easily walkable from this location.

Booking policy:
