There are rooms for rent in this cozy 3-bedroom apartment with a live-in landlady on Calle de Narváez in Retiro. This apartment has a generous 130 m² footprint, which includes a large living room with balcony access, as well as a modern kitchen with an oven, 4-burner stove as well as a large refrigerator.
There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance of this apartment, as well as several shops including a supermarket. El Retiro Park is just around the corner, and is a great place to explore on your days off, as it houses the Palacio de Cristal, and Palacio de Velázquez.
