There are furnished rooms to rent in this 5-bedroom apartment on Calle Isla Malaita, in Pilar, which has access to a lovely shared swimming pool. The 130 m² property is equipped with gas heating and has 1 bathroom, a living area with a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The apartment is located in a nice and quiet area that is well-connected by public transport to the rest of the city. There are several parks to explore within walking distance, and La Vaguada shopping mall is a 20-minute walk away.
What we liked the most
- Each bedroom gets an allocated storage cupboard in the kitchen.
- The apartment is close to transport and amenities.
- Having a pool in the building will come in very handy during those hot summer days.
- Bedroom 5 has a private balcony.
- There is a dining table so you can share a meal with your flatmates.
- There is a washing machine to take care of your laundry.
Things to keep in mind
- There is only 1 shared bathroom, but bedroom 2 has an ensuite.
- There is no television, Wi-Fi, or oven in the apartment.
