There are several rooms available to rent in this huge 9-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment on Calle de Guzmán in the Chamberí district. The apartment has been fully renovated and has all new furniture and appliances. Each room is fully furnished with a single or double bed, desk, and a wardrobe, allowing you to pick from a variety of layouts. The rooms are distributed down several corridors, providing a bit more privacy in addition to each room's private key. The kitchen is the main common area and is equipped with plenty of cupboard space and 2 large refrigerators.

In the Chamberí area of the Moncloa neighborhood, the apartment is ideal for students. You have a university hospital 10 minutes away and can reach several university campuses in less than 30 minutes by bus or on foot. A youthful and lively area, you are surrounded by your basic amenities, as well as plenty of bars and restaurants.
