Ubicado en una zona tranquila y bien comunicada, el piso está a solo 5 minutos andando de la estación de Renfe Villaverde Bajo (líneas C3 y C4) y cuenta con varias líneas de autobús cercanas. En los alrededores hay supermercados, a solo 1 min tendrá el Ahorramas, y 4 min del Lidl, y 9 del Mercadona, al igual que farmacias, restaurantes y otros comercios, además de zonas verdes como el Parque Lineal del Manzanares y el Polideportivo Félix Rubio. También se encuentra cerca del Hospital 12 de octubre a 17min en transporte público y con otros centros de salud.
El piso está totalmente amueblado y equipado, listo para entrar a vivir, todas exteriores, ascensor, cocina con electrodomésticos (nevera, lavadora, microondas, horno y vitrocerámica), baño compartido. Además, dispone de conexión a Internet incluida y dos limpiezas al mes a zonas comunes.
Ideal para estudiantes o profesionales que buscan comodidad y buena conexión con el resto de Madrid.

Make a booking request
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
