Pleasant and bright newly refurbished flat available from JANUARY (the images are SIMULATIONS) in a quiet and residential building.
It consists of four double bedrooms with double windows, double beds, desk, wardrobe and modern decoration.
The area offers everything such as gyms, health centre, pharmacy, shops, supermarkets, bars and markets. The neighbourhood is very well connected to the rest of the city, with several buses at the door and the Puente de Vallecas metro stop on line one a couple of minutes walk away which takes you directly to places like Atocha, Sol, Gran Via, Tribunal or Cuatro Caminos.

Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
