Each room has its own private bathroom and is equipped with both heating and cooling air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable environment throughout the year. This space is ideal for both students and young professionals looking for a functional and welcoming environment.
Common Areas:
At the entrance of the coliving building, there is a large courtyard with two trees, aromatic plants, and picnic tables, perfect for relaxing or socializing. The building has two floors:
- First floor: features a living room with a large U-shaped sofa in front of a huge TV screen and a spacious dining table. There is also a kitchen equipped with refrigerators, microwaves, several ceramic cooktops, plenty of storage space, and two dining tables in interconnected spaces. Additionally, there is a laundry area on this floor. Rooms 1 to 9 are located on this floor.
- Second floor: Rooms 10 to 20 are located on this floor. Three of these rooms stand out for their private terraces: room 17 has a small terrace, while rooms 19 and 20 feature large private terraces.
All bedrooms are equipped with a bed, chair, large desk, small refrigerator, and wardrobe.
Three rooms have private terrace:
- Room 17: Private terrace of 6.15 m2.
- Room 19: Private terrace of 15.6 m2.
- Room 20: Private terrace of 18.8 m2.

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
