¿Deseas compartir piso de estudiante en la mejor zona del centro de Madrid, en una finca señorial y a escasos metros del Parque del Retiro? Esta es tu vivienda. Comercializamos este hogar de estudiantes en el que se ha puesto atención a cada mínimo detalle, pensando en el confort de sus residentes, en la calle de la Anunciación. La vivienda se ubica en una entreplanta que a los efectos es como un primer piso, la única vivienda en esa planta, con propia parada de ascensor en el rellano, y tiene una superficie de 135 m2.
