Capital Rooms alquila esta fantásticas habitacioines en piso compartido de 100 m2, ubicada en la calle Sierra Carbonera 84. En cuanto a las zonas comunes, la vivienda cuenta con una amplia cocina, amueblada y equipada con todos los electrodomésticos (frigorífico, vitrocerámica, lavadora, caldera, microondas y horno) y el menaje necesario (cacerolas, sartenes, cubertería y cristalería ). Asimismo, la propiedad cuenta con un baño completo. Capital Rooms realiza una limpieza mínima mensual de las zonas comunes de este piso. Respecto a la ubicación de esta vivienda, la calle sierra carbonera se enmarca en una zona privilegiada, y por tanto provee de todo tipo de servicios: centro comercial albufera, varios supermercados, restauración, bancos, centro de salud y farmacias, etc. La calle está a sólo 3 minutos a pie de la estación de metro nueva numancia (línea 1). La zona, además, goza de varias líneas de autobús en las proximidades.

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
