This 5-bedroom apartment in Guindalera has fully-furnished rooms for rent. The main area is a combined kitchen and living room area that comes fully equipped and furnished with a dining table and flat-screen TV. There is 1 full bathroom and 1 toilet room to share.
On Calle Florestan Aguilar, the apartment is near the Plaza de Toro de Las Ventas in Guindalera. This area is a more affordable alternative to the posh Salamanca, which you have close by. There are 2 metro stops nearby, Parque Eva Duarte, and plenty of shops and restaurants.
What we liked the most
- There are big windows that let in plenty of natural light.
- We love the exposed brick wall in the kitchen!
- There is a laundry area with a washing machine and a dishwasher.
- With an extra toilet room, you can avoid fights over the bathroom.
- You have Parque Eva Duarte right across the street – perfect for a relaxing Sunday or daily jogs.
