¡Bienvenidos a Leganés! Situada al suroeste de Madrid y formando parte del área metropolitana de la capital española, esta ciudad es conocida por ser una zona residencial con una excelente oferta de servicios, comercios y zonas verdes. Leganés cuenta con una infraestructura de transporte público bien desarrollada, que incluye líneas de autobuses y estaciones de tren (Cercanías) que conectan eficientemente con el centro de Madrid y otras áreas metropolitanas, además de accesos fáciles a las principales vías de tránsito vehicular. Entre sus espacios recreativos destacan el parque Pablo Picasso, ideal para pasear o ejercitarse, y su proximidad a importantes centros educativos como la Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, a solo 3 minutos andando, y la Universidad CEU San Pablo y el Hospital Universitario Rey Juan Carlos, a 40 minutos. Además, a solo 20 minutos se encuentran el Centro Comercial Islazul y el Sambil Outlet Madrid, perfectos para tus días de ocio, y el Mercadona, a tan solo 1 km, para tus compras diarias. Todo esto hace de Leganés un lugar ideal para vivir y disfrutar. En cuanto a las zonas comunes no encontramos con una Cocina completamente equipada con vitrocerámica, nevera, horno microondas, lugar para comer y amplio espacio de almacenamiento por otro lado un Baño moderno con plato de ducha.

Make a booking request

Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
