Rooms with double beds are available to rent in a 91 m², 4-bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom in central Madrid. This apartment is bright and modern, equipped with new furniture which makes it very comfortable. There is a living room, and a kitchen that is fully furnished with up-to-date facilities.
This apartment is situated on Calle Bailén in La Latina, part of central Madrid. From here, you can walk to the city centre in no time - the Royal Palace is only about 5 minutes away. The local area is famous for its lively atmosphere - there are exciting bars, cafes and restaurants on every street.
What we liked the most
- This apartment is bright and modern.
- A cleaning service is included in the rent.
- Each bedroom has a double bed.
- The apartment is in La Latina, one of the best places to live in the city.
- You will be living in the heart of Madrid, with much of the city centre accessible on foot.
