What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

Apartamento de cinco dormitorios con dos baños. Quinto piso en la calle Juan Bravo. Cuatro de las cinco habitaciones con su propio aire acondicionado!! Piso ideal, para aquellos que buscan vivir en el barrio mas top y elegante de Madrid, el Barrio salamanca. Entrada señorial,ascensores, conserje, cocina totalmente equipada (lavavajillas incluida) y cinco cómodas habitaciones con todos los lujos. También cuenta con Smart TV (wifi, netflix..) Ubicación inmejorable,frente al boulevard, con todos los servicios alrededor, hospitales, bancos, supermercados, restaurantes, metro enfrente, autobuses a un paso, tiendas, gimnasios, terrazas, cafeterías y cervecerías... Todo a tu alcance!! El ambiente en la casa es tranquilo, respetuoso y no fiestero. La zona es perfecta para jovenes profesionales y estudiantes de posgrado, con acceso directo al centro financiero y a las escuelas de negocio mas importantes (IE, EAE…). Muy proximo tambien al hermoso parque de Eva Peron donde disfrutaras de zonas verdes; podras pasear, hacer deporte y respirar aire puro.

How to book
