Este piso es un ático muy luminoso, situado en una urbanización cerrada y con piscina, la zona es muy tranquila y agradable, en una de las mejores zonas de Madrid, apartada del centro y a la vez con fácil acceso al centro de Madrid, la zona dispone de numerosos parques y zonas de paseo, la comunicación con el resto de la ciudad es muy fácil, estamos muy cerca de las estaciones de metro de las Rosas en la línea dos y estadio olímpico en la siete de metro, también tienes un autobús en la puerta el treinta y ocho, con fácil acceso a la M-cuarenta, muy cerca tienes un supermercado a cinco minutos andando, farmacia ,restaurantes, etc.
