There are interior and exterior rooms available to rent in this large 180 m², 7-bedroom apartment in the Argüelles neighborhood. The rooms are quite spacious and come fully furnished with an independent key. There are 3 full bathrooms, very convenient for shared living. The kitchen and living room have an open-layout and are furnished with a dining area and TV:
This apartment is situated on Calle Ferraz in Argüelles, a residential area that is high in commerce and popular with university students. You are minutes from the beautiful Parque del Oeste and about a 10-minute walk from shops such as El Corte Inglés department store and Sephora.
