Capital Rooms alquila fantásticas habitaciones en piso compartido, ubicado en la Calle de Tordegrillos, 36, en Villaverde. A solo 5 min andando de la parada de Renfe de Villaverde Alto, y línea 3 de metro, con parada de autobús a solo 1 min del portal — línea 22), con el supermercado DIA a solo 3 minutos a pie. Es un barrio consolidado, tranquilo y seguro que se caracteriza, por tener cerca restaurantes, cafés, farmacias, GYM a tres minutos andando y zonas verdes para disfrutar. En cuanto a las zonas comunes, la vivienda cuenta con calefacción por gas natural, cocina amueblada y equipada con todos los electrodomésticos (frigorífico, cocina, lavadora, microondas) y el menaje necesario (cacerolas, sartenes, cubertería y cristalería), y un baño compartido con plato de ducha, cómodo y amplio.

Make a booking request
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
