Este piso compartido de 5 habitaciones y 3 baños (2 de ellos privados, en suite) en la calle de las Marismas, 27, una ubicación privilegiada del madrileño distrito de Puente de Vallecas. Este barrio está dotado con numerosas zonas verdes y de ocio, así como las mejores vistas panorámicas de la ciudad en el aledaño Cerro del Tío Pío. A nivel de comunicaciones nos encontramos en un enclave estratégico, en el triángulo que conforman Moratalaz, Vallecas y Conde de Casal, a 2 minutos de nudos viarios como las autovías A-3, M-40 y M-45, con parada de autobús en la puerta (L-141), con todo tipo de servicios y comercios de barrio.
En cuanto a las zonas comunes, la vivienda cuenta con una cocina nueva a estrenar, tanto en mobiliario como en electrodomésticos (frigorífico, vitrocerámica, lavadora, microondas) además del menaje básico necesario, cacerolas, sartenes, cubertería y cristalería. El baño compartido cuenta con plato de ducha, cómodo y amplio compartido para tres habitaciones, puesto que las dos restantes gozan de baño privado en suite.

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
