Piso compartido de 4 habitaciones en una ubicación privilegiada del madrileño distrito de Numancia. La vivienda se ubica en la Calle Lopez Grass 66, en un enclave estratégico de comunicaciones, muy próxima a la Avenida Albufera, parada de metro en línea 1 a 750 metros (Metro Nueva Numancia) con todo tipo de servicios y comercios de barrio, mercados, bares y varios comercios de servicios, numerosas zonas verdes y de ocio, escuelas, etc. En cuanto a las zonas comunes, la vivienda cuenta con una cocina recién reformada, amueblada y equipada con todos los electrodomésticos frigorífico, vitrocerámica, lavadora, microondas además del menaje básico necesario, cacerolas, sartenes, cubertería y cristalería. El baño compartido cuenta con plato de ducha, compartido para las cuatro habitaciones.

Make a booking request
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
