This 63 m², 4-bedroom apartment in the Argüelles district of Madrid has spacious rooms available to rent. There are both interior and exterior rooms available, but they all are quite spacious and receive plenty of natural light. The main shared area is the fully equipped kitchen and there are 2 full bathroom to share.
On Calle Francisco Lozano, the apartment is located on a quiet and residential street. The location is ideal for students, located next to the Ciudad Universitaria and several university campuses. You have plenty of affordable restaurants and bars, as well as all your basic amenities. Be sure to check out the nearby Parque del Oeste – the perfect place to unwind after a long week.
