Con respecto a la ubicación de esta vivienda, se enmarca en una zona privilegiada, y por tanto provista de todo tipo de servicios: pequeño comercio, restauración, bancos, centro de salud y farmacias, biblioteca nacional. Esta calle está a sólo 5 minutos a pie de la estación de Renfe El Pozo, donde se distribuyen muchas líneas (C-2, C-7 y C-8 de cercanías de Madrid) a 18 minutos de la puerta de Atocha, a 30 minutos de la puerta del Sol y con una excelente comunicación con el extra radio (M31/M40) La zona, además, cuenta con el paso de varias líneas de autobús en las proximidades.
