Este excelente piso consta de 6 habitaciones recién reformadas y diseñadas con un ambiente moderno de color blanco y fresco para hacer tu estancia en Madrid muy confortable, cada habitación tiene su propia televisión con NETFLIX incluido, armarios empotrados y mobiliario de alta calidad.
Este piso cuenta con una cocina completamente equipada con todos los utensilios de cocina necesarios y mucho espacio de almacenaje para todos los inquilinos, cuenta con vitrocerámica inductiva, frigorífico, microondas, horno y tostadora.
El piso cuenta también con dos baños completos para hacer mucho más fácil tu estancia dentro de la propiedad.

Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.

Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:

Move in

If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.

If you’re considering an early exit from your lease, it’s important to let your landlord know 30 days in advance unless your agreement specifies otherwise. Failing to provide this notice means you’re still liable for the rent during that period, even if you’ve moved out.
