The apartment has an ideal location - it's nestled extremely close to the metro stop La Latina and right next to Mercado de la Cebada. With easy access to Palacio Real and Puerta del Sol, it's perfect for anyone who wants to live very close to Madrid centre and experience the best of what this city has to offer. You'll be able to find plenty of historical buildings, cafes, restaurants and even theatres in the area. The area of the apartment is 70m2.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has a wooden style dining room, which adds a classic touch to the property.
  • We really like the blue themed bathroom, which also features a washing machine and a large storage area where you can keep all your toiletries.
  • All bedrooms are fully furnished and offer plenty of storage space.
