This one-bedroom. one en-suite bathroom interior apartment is located on Calle Cartagena in the Guindalera section of Madrid’s Salamanca district, right at the border with Chamartín’s Prosperidad neighborhood. This studio is ideal for someone studying at IE Business School due to its proximity to campus in walking distance. The area of the apartment is 24 m2.

What we liked the most

  • The bedroom has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom

Things to keep in mind
