The kitchen is to the left of the dining area, and through the kitchen is the bathroom, which is quite large. Through the bathroom is the bedroom, with a double bed, wardrobe space, and a window facing the interior patio.

The dining area has a glass dining table with six chairs. There is also a loveseat, a coffee table, and an end table with a small stereo. The living room has a large L-shaped sofa that can fold out into a bed, a small coffee table, and a large shelving unit with a flat screen TV. There is also a wardrobe for storage space and an electric space heater. The living room leads out to the balcony with double-pane glass doors. The balcony looks onto the street.

The kitchen comes equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, electric stove, oven, toaster, refrigerator and cookware. There is a small window facing the interior patio. There is also a small table attached to the wall that folds out.

The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and full-sized mirror. The bedroom has a double bed, large 5-door wardrobe, two bedside tables with small lamps, a window facing the interior patio with a clothesline, and a nice tapestry hanging over the bed. There is also an electric space heater.

Though it is in the center of Madrid, it is quiet with double-pane glass doors. This flat has air conditioning in the living room. Updated furniture and appliances, including a large couch with a pull-out bed. Utilities are included (electricity, water, gas), except for Wifi and telephone.
