Es un apartamento de dos habitaciones, un baño, aire acondicionado, una pequeña zona de comedor y cocina equipada, horno, microondas, vajilla, una lavadora y secadora. Todos, cuentan con armarios, mesas de estudio con lámpara, juego de sábanas y toallas. La conexión en transporte público es excelente, a solo tres paradas de metro llegarás a Moncloa y en autobús podrás llegar en diez minutos a la Plaza Mayor.

Es un apartamento de dos habitaciones, un baño, aire acondicionado, una pequeña zona de comedor y cocina equipada con cocina, horno, microondas, vajilla, una lavadora y secadora. Todos, cuentan con armarios, mesas de estudio con lámpara, juego de sábanas y toallas.

El edificio está ubicado en Paseo de Extremadura, una calle tranquila y segura, pero con mucho comercio, muy cerca a Casa de Campo, por lo que podrás salir a dar un paseo al Lago o hacer ejercicio en uno de los parques más bonitos de Madrid.

La conexión en transporte público es excelente, a solo 3 paradas de metro llegarás a Moncloa y en autobús podrás llegar en 10 minutos a la Plaza Mayor. Tienes además el Intercambiador de Príncipe Pío a 15 minutos a pie.

How to book

The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
