What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
This bright flat is located on the border of the districts of Barajas and Hortaleza, a few steps from the IFEMA Madrid exhibition centre and only three kilometres from the airport. The flat has one bedroom, and has a capacity for four people.
It is located just a few minutes away from the Gran Vía de Hortaleza shopping centre, in a residential neighbourhood which allows a direct connection with the city centre, located in an area fully supplied with services and shops.

A lovely apartment with a nice living room, and in a laid-back part of the city. It’s stylishly furnished and the living room is the perfect spot to relax after a busy day out exploring. In this chilled-out area you’ll find plenty of shops, a few good restaurants, and Parque Alfredo Kraus is close by too.

OTHER RULES:
- Garbage must be deposited in the containers that are enabled for this purpose outside the building at the established hours.
- The reserved apartment can only be occupied by the people indicated in the booking request.
- The apartment must be delivered in the same general cleaning conditions as it was delivered, otherwise an extra cleaning of € 150 will be charged.
- If due to the behavior of any of the occupants of the apartment an altercation of public order occurs, the landlord reserves the right to vacate the apartment of all the occupants.
- Do not throw waste, garbage or any other object down the toilet
- It is not allowed to change any of the furniture in the house.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
- Tickets (arrival day) after 9:00 p.m. will have an additional charge of 35€. Entries after 24:00 hours will have an additional charge of 50€
