El edificio se encuentra en Centro. Cuenta con múltiples bares, restaurantes y museos alrededor. Tiene las estaciones de metro Colón (línea 4) a 170m y Alonso Martínez (líneas 4, 5 y 10) a 400m.
El edificio tiene servicio de portero. Para reservas menores a 12 meses el alquiler es de €2900 con servicios incluidos, para mayores a 12 meses el alquiler es €2300 sin servicios.
