This is a 2nd floor, 2-bedroom apartment on Calle Antonio Zamora, Madrid. It's an inviting, refreshing and bright space filled with minimalist, tasteful and comfortable furnishings. Fully renovated and redecorated, this place is like a blank canvas that you can truly make your own when you move in.

It is perfect for families, couples or friends. Basically, it's just that good, you shouldn't really keep it all to yourself. The great public transport links in the surrounding area mean as well that whatever profession you're in, getting to work/ university/ school will be easy.

What we liked the most

  • Turning up the A/C on warm days - no overheating for you.
  • Getting sweaty on a morning run around Casa de Campo.
  • Decorating your simple home with all your possessions.

Things to keep in mind

For students:

  • University/school acceptance letter/ internship agreement of all the people that will be living in the property
  • The salary of the parent must be, at least, double the value of rent plus utilities.

For Professionals:

  • Work contract: Length of the work contract must be at least the same period as the booking.
  • The salary of the tenant must be, at least, double the value of rent plus utilities.

Check-in: Check-in and the sign of the contract is at the apartment. Admin fee + Deposit + first month bills (when not included) must be paid at check in.

Check-out: exit cleaning fee to be discounted from deposit:

  • Room shared: between €75 and €120 + VAT
  • Studios: between €90 and €120 + VAT
  • Apartments: between €120 and €180+ VAT

    Cleaning fee in shared rooms: 60€/month will be charged for the cleaning of thee common areas.
