This is a ground floor, 2-bedroom apartment on Calle Doña Urraca, Madrid. This is a large apartment with a big living space, fully-equipped kitchen and a luxurious bathroom. The interiors are stunning and everything is up-to-date and well-maintained.

It is perfect for everyone. It's too hard to pin down who is the ideal tenant, purely because it has something for everyone. The area is well-communicated and within walking distance of many of Madrid's most beautiful sights and attractions.

What we liked the most

  • Wandering down to Madrid Río for a lovely evening walk.
  • Cooking up a storm in the fully-equipped kitchen.
  • Coming home after a long day at work and having a long, hot soak in the bathtub.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.

Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:
