This is a beautiful 2nd floor, 1-bedroom apartment on Calle del General Díaz Porlier, Madrid. It's small, sure. But with lots of style, beautiful ceilings, and cool LED lights in the kitchen, this place has all you'll need.

The location is unbeatable— you'll be living in upscale Salamanca, just steps from amazing shopping in Goya and Madrid's lovely Retiro Park. Perfection.

What we liked the most

  • Admiring the stylish furnishings— it's so pretty.
  • Having an ensuite bathroom— perfect for midnight runs.
  • Exploring Retiro Park— it's just 10 minutes from your doorstep.

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a building with no elevator.
  • A small point, but worth knowing:
    • Outside the entrance to the house, there is an shared-access area which maintenance personnel might occasionally need to access (for example, to install internet for a neighbour).
    • This area is the responsibility of the owner. But if you provide a telephone number, they will always send you a message to let you know if work is to take place.
    • This area does not interfere with the house, and there is a separate key.
