This is a great 1-bedroom apartment for rent in Centro. It has a large living room area with a couple of sofas and a dining table with chairs. There are large windows that let in natural light. The kitchen has plenty of cabinet space. And the bathroom is modern and includes a bathtub with a shower head.
This is a beautiful sunny apartment in the center of Madrid. You'll be living in a modern building near Puerta del Sol, Atocha, Lavapiés, Latina. Plaza de Tirso de Molina is also just around the corner.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is contemporary and bright.
- Because the apartment is interior, you will be spared from the noise of the city centre.
- This is a really central location - from here all of Madrid is easy to reach.
Things to keep in mind
- The 2nd bedroom is not separated from the living room - it would be best used as guest space, or if privacy is not a concern.

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
