The apartment is located in Hortaleza, a newer area North of Madrid city centre. It is known for being a safe residential area with plenty of parks, pools, and green space. Downtown Madrid is approximately 20 minutes away via the Metro.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has a stylish decor and gets plenty of natural light.
  • There is pool access; ideal for the hot summer months.
  • The apartment has nice polished wooden floors throughout.
  • The neighborhood has plenty parks and green space to explore when the sun comes out; which is a lot in Madrid!
  • This property is next to a BBVA office.
  • A few hospitals are close.

Things to keep in mind
