Moving to Madrid? This gorgeous 1-bedroom apartment is available for rent on Calle Lagasca in Salamanca. Quaint and cozy, you'll love how comfortable this apartment is. The living area has beautiful hardwood flooring, a sofa bed, and a standalone wardrobe. Partitioned off from the living room, you'll find the fully equipped kitchen, which has a stove, microwave, and other basic appliances. The bedroom has a large double bed, plenty of storage space, and loads of natural light. The modern bathroom has a spacious shower, sink, and toilet.
You'll love living on Calle Lagasca. Here, you are in the heart of Madrid in one of the city's most upscale and posh neighborhoods. Right down the street, you'll have access to the Retiro Park, one of both locals and tourists' favorite landmarks. Around the apartment, there are plenty of famous restaurants, including Amazónico. Supermarkets nearby include Carrefour Express.

- Spending time in the big, bright living room - sometimes the home-life is the best life.
- Strolling through Salamanca - not for nothing is this the most upscale neighbourhood in central Madrid.
- Waking up kissed by sunlight - those big windows in the bedroom will make rising early a joy.
