This gorgeous 1-bedroom apartment for rent on Calle de Bordadores is on the 4th floor and located in Centro. The front door opens into a combined living and dining area. It has tile flooring, and a modern decor furnished with a 6-seat dining table, sofa, armchairs, and a TV. The kitchen, which includes a washing machine, is cozy, but fully equipped. And the spacious bedroom has three single beds, ample storage, and a desk with a chair.
Centro is the city center, and you won’t have any problems finding things to do while living here. You’re close to San Francisco el Grande and near the Teatro Real. There are actually quite a few theaters in the neighborhood, and a few live music venues too. Bars and restaurants are abundant, and there is a cinema 15 minutes away. From banks to shops and markets, everything you need is in this downtown area.
