This 1-bedroom apartment on Calle del Cerro Negro, in Retiro is fully furnished, and in a building with a gym and swimming pool! The property has a stylish decor, and fashionable furnishings throughout. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, and there is a lovely bright living room. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and there is 1 nicely tiled bathroom. This apartment has it all!
The apartment is located in Retiro, a peaceful spot found just south east of the city centre. There are plenty of shops, excellent local restaurants, and bars within easy reach, and public transport is close by to whip you around town.
What we liked the most
- The magnificent Retiro park is within walking distance of the apartment.
- The apartment features lovely polished wooden floors.
- The apartment has a thoughtful decor, and stylish furnishings throughout.
- Heating is installed throughout to help keep you warm in winter.
- The kitchen is well equipped and has plenty of bench space to cook.
- The sofa in the living room can also be used as a bed; ideal if you have guests.
- Tenants have access to a gym and a swimming pool!
