This is a cozy 1-bedroom apartment for rent on Calle Rogelio Folgueras. The living room has a sofa, coffee table, and television. It's a nice spot to put your feet up and watch your favorite series after a long day. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including an oven. The washing machine is located here, too. The bathroom has a walk-in shower cabinet. The bedroom has a double bed and a window that faces the interior patio, so you get plenty of sunlight without all the street noise.
This is a convenient location to live in. Situated south-east of the city center, you have great access to the Metro and bus lines, so you can get to the center anytime you want. If you like being outdoors, you're in luck. This apartment is surrounded by green space. In 7 minutes walking, you can be at Azorín Park, which has walking paths and a public swimming pool. Head 9 minutes the other direction, and you're at Cerro del Tío Pío Park. You also have several cultural options, with the Taberna Flamenca "El Cortijo" Flamenco tavern just 3 minutes away. Pick up your groceries at Alcampo Vallecas. It's just a 5-minute walk. There's even a shopping mall that you can reach in 5 minutes!
What we liked the most
- You're just 1 minute from Portazgo Metro station, so you can get around Madrid easily!
- It's really convenient to have your own washing machine at home.
- The bedroom window is interior, so you won't get kept up at night by the street noise.
