This modern 1-bedroom apartment on Calle de las Tres Cruces, Centro is very central to the city of Madrid and has a sleek and bright interior. The living area has a plush couch and large flat screen TV, a dining table that seats 4 and a breakfast bar with 2 stools. The kitchenette is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, fridge/freezer and plenty of storage. The washing machine is also kept here. The bathroom is also very modern with plenty of shelving, a large sink and shower. The bedroom is very bright and has a large double bed with built in wardrobes.

This apartment is right in the heart of Madrid. Only a few minutes walk from the Gran Via Metro, it is surrounded by restaurants, bars and cafes. Around the corner is a concert hall and theatre, plaza and gym. The main street, Gran Via, is at the end of the street. A supermarket and pharmacy are both located 2 minutes walk away. This a perfect apartment for someone who wants to live centrally!

  • The bedroom has a beautiful stone feature wall.
  • There are shelves indented into the wall, providing good storage space.
  • Anything you would need is located within walking distance.
  • There is heating and AC throughout.

  • There is no parking available, however public transport is excellent in this neighbourhood!
