This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment on Calle Valderribas, in Retiro, covers a spacious 70 m² and has an impressive private terrace. The luminous exterior property spreads over 2 levels, and has a lovely open plan kitchen and living area with a television, dining table, and a comfortable sofa.
The apartment is located in a well-connected area, 10 minutes from the metro and 20 minutes from El Retiro Park on foot. There are shops, restaurants, and tapas bars in the streets surrounding the apartment, and there is a shopping mall and movie theatre in the area as well.
What we liked the most
- You will have your own rooftop terrace in Madrid!
- The apartment has several large windows that let in plenty of natural light.
- There is AC and heating to keep you comfortable throughout the year.
- Miguel Angel the homecheker told us that he really loved this property.
- The kitchen comes with all the equipment you need to cook.
- There is plenty of storage space throughout
- There is a supermarket a short walk away.
Things to keep in mind
- There is a washing machine, but no dryer.
