A gorgeous 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent right in the heart of Madrid in Lavapiés. The property has a spacious main room, where you'll find a large sofa, a dining table, and a TV. The kitchen is small but has all of the essentials, including a 2-burner electric stove and a microwave. The bathroom is clean and practical, with a lovely glass shower. A washing machine and a dryer are also available to use free of charge in a common area of the building.
Lavapiés is one of Madrid's most lively, central neighborhoods. Known for its multicultural vibe, the area is home to an assortment of restaurants, cafes, bars, nightlife hotspots, and unique shops. And, with excellent public transportation options nearby, you'll never be far from any part of the city here!
