This bright and modern 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Calle Lagasca. The apartment has a cosy living room and kitchen area which is stylishly furnished with a couch, coffee table, flat-screen TV and a glass dining table with room for 4 people to share a meal. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to cook and there is a window which makes the room nice and bright and gives a beautiful view of the charming neighbourhood rooftops.
Salamanca is a fashionable area in the north of Madrid which is home to the city's most exclusive shopping district, Paseo de la Castellana. You will also find lots of excellent restaurants and live close to the IE Business School. The vast and beautiful Retiro Park is only a 20-minute walk away and there are well-served metro stations nearby for when you want to connect with the rest of Madrid.
